Pablo and Kristen shared a passion for helping others through coaching as well as bettering themselves by pushing their own limits in training every day. Using Pablo’s skill for programming functional fitness, Kristen’s knowledge of physical therapy, and both of their coaching backgrounds, they created Dual Mode Training.
