Learn how to strike and hit a heavy bag properly! You will go through 10 rounds (3 minutes) in addition to a 1 minute active rest exercise. Our style of training is strength and condition while being incorporated with boxing. Where you will learn foot and hand coordination, on top of learning self defense and getting one of the best cardiovascular heart pump ever!
So be ready to train like a Boxer with Coach B!!
